11. How much does a repair cost?
Pricing varies by device and issue. We always attempt the most affordable fix first. Contact us for a no-obligation quote.
12. What is your "No Fix, No Fee" policy?
If we cannot successfully repair your device, you pay nothing, simple as that.
13. Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All completed repairs are covered by a 2-month warranty. If the same issue returns within that period, we'll fix it at no additional cost.
14. Is rush repair available?
Yes. Rush repair service is available for an additional $60 per item.
15. Will you recommend a replacement if it's cheaper?
We always try to repair first to save you money. We only suggest a replacement when repair is genuinely not viable.
Drop-Off & Mail-In
16. Can I drop off my console in person?
Yes. You can drop off your device at our Lindsay location. Visit our Drop Off page for details and hours.
17. Do you accept mail-in repairs from outside Lindsay?
Yes. We accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in Canada.
18. How does the mail-in process work?
Fill out the repair request form on our website, securely package your device, and ship it to us. We'll diagnose, fix, test, and ship it back to you.
19. Do you sell shipping kits?
Yes. We offer shipping kits to help you safely package your console or controller for mail-in service.
20. How should I package my console for shipping?
Use our shipping kit or pack your device in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage in transit. Avoid loose components inside the package.
Repair Process
21. How long does a repair take?
You'll receive an update within 24 hours of us receiving your device. Turnaround time depends on the repair complexity.
22. How will I know when my repair is complete?
We'll notify you once the repair is finished and tested. You only pay upon successful completion.
23. Do you test the device after repair?
Yes. Every repair is thoroughly tested before being returned to ensure it's fully working.
24. What happens if my device can't be repaired?
You won't be charged. We'll let you know the outcome and return your device.
25. Do I need to back up my data before sending it to my console?
We recommend backing up your saved data before any repair, as a precaution. We take care with your device, but data safety is always best handled before service.

Yes. Joystick drift is one of the most common repairs we handle, for PS4/PS5 DualSense, Xbox, Joy-Con, and VR controllers.

28. Is it worth repairing a controller, or should I just buy a new one?
