If you’re located near Lindsay, Ontario, Hardware Healers offers a convenient 24/7 secure drop-off and pickup system using lockboxes. This allows you to drop off or pick up your device anytime that works for you.
1. Submit Your Repair Request
Start by visiting our website and selecting the repair or upgrade you need.
Fill out the form stating what you have and what the issue is OR call (705)-304-8383 to schedule a drop off.
2. Drop Off Your Device
Once your form is filled out, you can bring your device to our secure lockbox drop-off location in Lindsay, Ontario.
When dropping off your device:
- Place the device safely in one of the lockboxes
- Ensure your name and contact informationare included
- Secure the lockbox after placing your device inside
This system allows you to drop off your repair anytime, day or night.
3. Repair Process
Once your device is collected from the lockbox, we will begin the repair process.
Hardware Healers specializes in:
- Controller stick drift repair
- HDMI port replacement
- Micro-soldering and board-level repairs
- Console hardware repairs
- Gaming accessory repairs
If we discover anything unexpected during the repair, we will contact you before proceeding.
4. Repair Complete
Once the repair is finished, we will notify you by email or by phone.
Local customers can pick up their repaired device using our secure pickup lockboxes, making the process quick and convenient.
5. Payment
You will receive an invoice for the repair once the work is complete.
After payment is received, your repaired device will be placed in a secure pickup lockbox and you will receive instructions for retrieving it.
6. Warranty
All repairs performed by Hardware Healers include a 60-day warranty for your peace of mind.
